It is probably the most colourful event at MESSE BREMEN and attracts tens of thousands of visitors every year - but this year the public fair HanseLife has to be cancelled. One reason is the lack of planning security as a result of the corona pandemic.
In close cooperation with the authorities, concepts are now being developed to enable the trade fair business to start up again, explains Hans Peter Schneider, Managing Director of MESSE BREMEN. First of all, B2B events will be launched in September: "The flow of visitors can be better controlled here thanks to pre-registrations and scheduled programme items". The company will gather the necessary experience to be able to offer visitors and exhibitors at the public fairs in autumn a platform that will certainly be eventful.
Together with the HanseLife fans, Schneider is now looking forward to 2021, when the largest consumer fair in the northwest will take place for the first time in a compact format over five days instead of nine, as it used to, from Wednesday to Sunday, 8 to 12 September.
