Due to the corona pandemic the fifth International Conference and Exhibition on Thermoplastic Composites (ITHEC) will be held online for the first time and not at the Bremen exhibition centre. At the same time, it will last for three days instead of two to meet the interests of specialists in the various time zones around the globe.

The organizers expect more than 500 participants from industry and research to meet at www.ithec.de to discuss the latest findings on lightweight construction materials, which experts believe have great potential. This year's program includes 50 lectures and 40 poster presentations on the application areas aerospace and automotive and new technologies. In addition, more than 50 exhibitors are already registered to present their exhibits and machines live and interactively directly from the laboratories.
