Stand assembly and stand services
- We provide skilled stand builders
- Electrical installation, water, pressurised air, suspensions from hall ceilings etc.
- Hall security, cleaning, waste disposal, upon request also hostess service, interpreters, promoters, models, waiting staff etc
Insurance
The exhibitor bears all risk for his stand and fittings and assumes liable for any personal injury and material damage which may arise through the stand operation.
We recommend you take out a suitable insurance! Please take out your own or use the named service partner.
Co-exhibitors
Each exhibitor must provide the event organiser with details of any co-exhibitors including company name, address, telephone and fax number, e-mail and website.

Exhibitor deliveries cannot be accepted at the goods delivery point before the start of the assembly period.

Loading and unloading
The exhibition venue only offers space for brief loading and unloading. It is, in principle, possible to drive into the halls – please arrange this in agreement with exhibition management in advance to ensure that this does not affect stand assembly.
