Services for your visit

Admission

Tickets for fairs and exhibitions can partly only be purchased online due to corona. The ticket online shops – as well as prices and any special conditions – can be found on the websites of the respective event. For on-site ticket purchase options, please also refer to the respective event website.

Tickets for many concerts and sports events in the ÖVB Arena can also be purchased from eventim and Nordwest Ticket.

Food and drink

Our in-house caterer geschmackslabor | event & catering provides good food during our events.

On the other hand, there are a large number of mobile coffee bars and snack stations in the halls with an international range of food for both large and small appetites.

Cloakrooms

Bags, coats and any luggage can be left in the cloakrooms.

Cashpoints

A mobile cashpoint is located at the main entrance of each event hall (excluding Halls 2 and 3). There is also a further permanent cashpoint at the entrance to the ÖVB Arena as well as a further cashpoint at the North exit of the central station.

Pets are not permitted at all events! Please see the event homepage for further details.

Disabled-friendly and safe

Accessibility

All MESSE BREMEN halls are accessible for disabled visitors. The service map indicates the location of the disabled toilets as well as lifts.

We would like to make the stay at MESSE BREMEN as pleasant as possible for all visitors. Therefore, all our halls are easily accessible for people with disabilities. Please refer to the service plan for the location of the barrier-free toilets and passenger lifts.

Police and first aid

The police office, emergency telephone and German Red Cross are located in Hall 3. An emergency medical services team is available during the opening hours of each event and may be contacted on Tel. 0421 3505-215.

No smoking!

Smoking is not permitted in any of the halls. Smokers may use the designated outdoor smoking areas which are clearly indicated.
