GASTRO IVENT 2023

Since 2014, GASTRO IVENT has been an important and popular meeting place for trade visitors from the gastronomy, communal catering, retail and hotel sectors in the northwest. Here, decision-makers get a comprehensive overview of innovations and developments in the industry, meet colleagues to exchange ideas, maintain and expand their network and create the basis for good business at eye level.

Due to the Corona pandemic, GASTRO IVENT, originally scheduled for 13 to 15 February 2022, has been moved to 2023 and will now take place from 28 to 30 January 2023. Since 2014, GASTRO IVENT has been held in the even years parallel to fish international, the only trade fair for fish and seafood in Germany. In the course of the date shift to January 2023, it will now take place alone for the first time as a special edition. From 2024 onwards, the two fairs will be held together again.
